EUGENE — Dan Lanning’s season-long mantra has been Oregon’s strength in numbers, a nod to the deepest roster the Ducks have had in his tenure, but also the youngest and least experienced.
Throughout the fall Oregon has availed itself to play as many of its available players as circumstances allow, by choice and by force, with nearly 80 players seeing the field in early blowouts and fewer in competitive games with Penn State and Indiana.
