A brazen motorist broke blue badge rules again and again, racking up an incredible 34 fines.

While one penalty may be enough to make most people change their ways, this persistent rule-breaker wasn't to be deterred.

Drivers can be fined for misuse of blue badges, which in most cases involves using someone else's badge such as a family member or friend when they don't have any disabilities or medical conditions themselves.
