JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. —
Jeffersonville's city center "lit up" Saturday night as the community gathered for the annual Light Up Jeff, a free, family-focused celebration filled with crafts, food, rides and a parade featuring local businesses and organizations.
“We’re all here celebrating. They’re so excited, there's so many free things to do, it makes it great for the families that you don’t have to pay for everything like you normally do at other festivals. So this is really a great family event, especially for the holidays,” said Laura Ross, who came with her friend Lisa and their grandchildren.
For the kids, the attractions were a hit.
“The bouncy houses. Yeah, they love that. And the train was a big one,” said Ross.
