Our world needs all the effervescence it can get, so I asked Curtis Cooke, sommelier at the Champagne Bar at Tasting House Los Gatos to recommend some bubbly for the holidays. He did not disappoint and provided this list, along with suggestions for incorporating them into a holiday menu.
