LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — Greg Korin, a beloved legend in comedy, productions, and radio in northeastern Pennsylvania, has sadly passed away.
Korin was most known for his iconic short film "Heynabonics, the unofficial dialect of NEPA," which has amassed over 600,000 views.
Known to listeners as Keith Edwards, he served as a radio host at WVIA, WTLQ, WARM, and others around the nation.
Korin also co-founded a sketch comedy and improv group in Wilkes-Barre and won the N.E.P.T.A. award for best supporting actor in a comedy or drama in 1999.
He was 70 years old.
