GREENVILLE, S.C. —

The Greenville Police Department said a baby was found dead Sunday.

Police say they responded to Gates Street in reference to an unresponsive infant. Upon the arrival of officers and EMS, the infant was pronounced deceased on scene. This remains an ongoing investigation.
