Police have issued a disturbing update on the search for missing four-year-old Gus Lamont who vanished from his grandparents' home in South Australia .
They say a number of remote mine shafts will now be searched as they continue their hunt for the boy. The toddler vanished two months ago from a remote sheep station in the South Australian outback, triggering a massive search involving police , soldiers, SES crews, divers, and locals. The latest search effort could last up to three days and will involve the use of specialised equipment to scour six uncovered mine shafts located between 5.5km and 12km from the property where Gus was last seen in Oak Park.
