BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - With Thanksgiving just days away, many are planning time off to spend with loved ones. But one Branson woman is making sure those who have to work and serve their community still get a classic Thanksgiving feast.
Mona Miller is preparing her 5th annual Thanksgiving meal delivery for local first responders, calling it her “hero’s feed.”
“This is what I’ve called my hero’s feed, because without my law enforcement, they are our local heroes,” Miller said.
Volunteers in Branson are preparing Thanksgiving meals to ensure first responders don’t miss out on holiday traditions.
“This will be the 5th annual year that I make sure that Branson PD, Hollister PD, Taney County Sheriff’s Department, and the first responders and firefighters all get a good home-cooked Thanksgiving
