A drugs gang leader has agreed to hand over a Rolex watch worth £20,000 to settle a proceeds of crime action brought against him by prosecutors. ‌

Lee Docherty , 39, is serving an eight year jail sentence as the "principal member" of the crime group which ran a drug operation from a housing estate in Inverclyde. ‌

Docherty and his accomplices admitted being involved in serious organised crime between March and December 2020 and were sentenced to imprisonment last year. ‌

A police raid in December 2020 unearthed a haul of drugs worth £150,000 and cash to the value of £12,775.
