ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) - The Orangeburg Department of Public Safety said an 18-wheeler was stuck on railroad tracks in the city early Monday.
The department said the incident happened at the intersection of Magnolia Street and Sellers Avenue. Traffic was closed on Sellers Avenue for a short time.
As of around 11 a.m., ODPS confirmed the road was reopened.
