BOSTON —

A 16-year-old boy was charged Monday in connection with a fatal shooting of another teenager last year in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood.

Allen Curry was wanted on a warrant out of Suffolk Superior Court for murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, assault and battery with a firearm, and carrying a firearm without a license.

Police said the teen was involved in a shooting on July 5, 2024, in the area of Gladeside Avenue and Donwood Terrace that killed 17-year-old Christian Cousins of Stoughton and injured a second victim.
