Finnieston fave The Gannet is set to be replaced by a brand new dining project from chef-owner Peter McKenna.

Peter is teaming up with top Maître D Kevin Dow to launch new restaurant, Eleven Fifty Five, at their current Argyle Street base in Finnieston early next year.

The news comes after the famous chef announced earlier this year that The Gannet will be closing on December 31.

As the doors close at the popular dining spot, chef Peter will reimagine the space, drawing inspiration from cosy Irish snugs, years of travel and Parisian bistrots to create the brand new concept.
