Police have launched an appeal to trace a pervert who targeted a teenage girl in a B&M store.

Officers say the victim was inside the store earlier this week when she was 'upskirted'.

Upskirting is a criminal offence where someone takes a photograph of a person’s clothing without their permission.

Devon and Cornwall Police have released a photograph of a man who officers would like to speak to in connection with the incident .

The incident took place at around 3pm on Thursday (November 20) at a B&M store on Cornwall Street in Plymouth.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We are investigating an incident
