COLUMBUS, Ohio — The holiday season is in full swing and central Ohio is lighting up with events, displays and shopping opportunities for the whole family.

Columbus has earned spots on national lists this year, including being named one of the top 10 cities for Christmas light displays and one of the Best Midwest Cities to Visit in Winter, according to Thrillist.

There’s no shortage of festive lights around the region. Experience Columbus offers a full roundup of displays, but some standouts include:
