CINCINNATI (WXIX) -A 27-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated vehicular assault and has an Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, hold placed on him after a head-on collision that seriously injured a woman Thursday morning on State Route 747, according to Sheriff Richard K. Jones.

Sheriff Jones says that Yoan Perez Ventula was taken to the Butler County Jail on charges of aggravated vehicular assault, obstruction of justice, operating a vehicle while impaired, no driver’s license, and traveling left of center. ICE has placed a hold on Ventula due to his immigration status, according to Sheriff Jones.
