LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Carl Barto received the November KGNS+ Honors award for his 40 years of work with Bethany House of Laredo.

The station presented Barto with his award during the ceremony held at the KGNS+ building. His full story will air at 10 p.m. on KGNS News on Nov. 25 and will be available on the station’s website.

Barto, who has served as board president for seven years, says the organization has expanded both its capacity and the range of services it offers.
