Ruben Amorim says he was concerned by Manchester United 's performance against Everton .
Despite having a one-man advantage from the 13th minute when Idrissa Gueye was sent-off for striking his own team-mate Michael Keane in the face , Man United had no response to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall goal.
That strike was enough to end the Red Devils’ five-game unbeaten run and they also missed the opportunity to end the night in the top five of the Premier League table.
Speaking after the game, Amorim admitted the result was “really bad” and shared concerns over the performance from his side against ten-men.
He said: "Forget the result. The result is really bad but I was more concerned by the feeling I had during the game. Everyone should play better today.
"We didn't play as a team well.
