NORFOLK, Va. — Old Dominion’s memorable season kept its momentum over the weekend as the Monarchs cruised past Georgia Southern, 45–10, securing their fourth straight victory and strengthening their late-season surge.

Now the focus shifts to Senior Day, where ODU will close out the regular season at home against Georgia State. Several fifth-year seniors will be honored — players who stayed through the tough years and helped fuel the program’s resurgence.

Offensive lineman Stephon Dubose-Bourne said the decision to remain at ODU was rooted in trust and loyalty.

“I’ve always been a loyal guy,” Dubose-Bourne said. “I always wanted to be around the same guys I came in with. I trust Coach Rahne. I trust all of our coaches. I believe in them as much as they believe in me.”
