Crews Suspend Work on Two Major LA Corridors While Temporary Parking Limits Continue This Week.

State transportation officials announced temporary parking restrictions and a holiday construction pause this week as crews advance two major infrastructure projects in West Los Angeles.

Caltrans says parking will be restricted along portions of State Route 2 on Nov. 24 and Nov. 25 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to support ongoing multimodal improvements. A construction moratorium will follow from November 26 through November 30, with all work scheduled to resume on December 1.

In a separate update, Caltrans confirmed that no construction activities are planned on the I-405 Pavement Rehabilitation Project during the Thanksgiving travel period. Crews will halt operations beginning Monday, Nov
