The forecast remains on track, pointing to another morning of dense fog across the area and mild temps this afternoon in the low 50s.
This evening a strong cold front will arrive along the Mississippi around 7 PM, bringing another round of showers, gusty winds and tumbling temps.
As temps quickly fall into the 30s, rain will change to snow and flurries will linger into early Wednesday.
Winds will routinely gust up to 40 mph all Wednesday, keeping afternoon highs in the 30s and wind chills in the 20s.
Thanksgiving Day brings a brief break from the active weather, but colder than normal temps will continue with highs in the mid 30s.
