ALEDO, Ill. (KWQC) - People living in Aledo can now report delays in trash or recycling collection, or other issues, with a customer support hotline.
City officials announced the hotline for Lakeshore Recycling Systems, the city’s only solid waste management vendor, was available on Monday, according to a media release.
City officials have been working with the company to improve service after an increase in complaints about trash services and multiple service disruptions in 2025.
