FAIRMONT — As tensions and division rise throughout the nation, a group of churches scattered throughout the Fairmont community are making an effort to bring people together.

"All our churches, all our faith-based communities together, we've been separated for too long," Morningstar Baptist Church Associate Pastor Ronnie Hampton said. "We're all one body. So, if we're all one body, we should be working together as one body."
