JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An argument inside of a home on Jacksonville's Westside early Tuesday morning led to a man being shot and killed, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
JSO Sgt. Steve Rudlaff said officers responded to a home in the 200 block of Lane Avenue South in reference to the shooting around 3 a.m.
He said the man, who was about 40-45 years old, was taken to UF Health hospital where he died.
Rudlaff said JSO believes the man got into an argument with another man who's about 35-45 years old.
"At this time, we do not know the circumstances of the incident, or the relationship involved in the individuals," Rudlaff said.
