BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) — With Thanksgiving approaching, there will be a mass rush to local airports that won’t slow until December 1.
AAA said that nearly 82 million people will travel at least 50 miles from home for the holiday.
90 percent of travelers will be hitting the road for their Thanksgiving commute, with car rentals expected to peak Wednesday.
Logan International Airport in Boston is estimating they will serve a million people during the holiday stretch.
Travelers are implored to check in on their flight statuses due to weather in other parts of the country.
