The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said lane and shoulder restrictions on southbound I-83 on the John Harris Memorial Bridge were removed on Monday night.
The bridge spans the Susquehanna River between Dauphin and Cumberland counties. A recent inspection revealed that steel repairs were needed. Those repairs are now completed.
