The Pentagon was investigating Sen. Mark Kelly and said it might recall him to active military service and try him in a military court after the Arizona Democrat filmed a video aimed at service members.

The Department of War said it would probe Kelly after he participated in a video with other Democratic lawmakers encouraging members of the military to refuse unlawful orders.
