(Alexandria, MN) -- With the season's first major winter storm set to work its way across Minnesota, Leighton Media has cancelled its scheduled prep sports broadcast of Alexandria Cardinal Girls' Hockey at Fergus Falls slated for Tuesday night.

KXRA/Leighton Media Sports Director Dave McClurg made the decision Tuesday morning to scratch (remove) the scheduled sports play-by-play broadcast for the evening: a Varsity Girls' Hockey game between the Alexandria Cardinals and the Fergus Falls Otters.
