CROMWELL, Conn. (WFSB) - An investigation is underway following a series of reported thefts in Cromwell.
According to the police department, suspects are targeting the area of Cromwell Hills and Woodland Driver and stealing Honda’s, Acura’s and Infiniti’s during the overnight hours.
The first incident occurred on November 14th where two vehicles were found with blocks after their rims and tires were removed.
On November 25th, the same incident happened with other two cars.
Officials said the suspects would use specialized tools that help with removing the rims and tires in a quick manner.
No injuries were reported in these incident.
At this time, police do not have a suspect description.
