CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The holiday season is in full swing.

West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey is kicking off a holiday toy drive for children in need this season.

Growing up, Governor Morrisey says spending time with loved ones is something he looks forward to and wants to bring the joy to each child in the foster care system.

Donations may be dropped off at the West Virginia Culture Center or on the Capitol steps during the event, which is scheduled on December 4.
