BENTON HARBOR, Mich. (WNDU) - The Pokagon Band and its Four Winds Casinos are giving back!

300 Thanksgiving food boxes were handed out at the Pillar Center in Benton Harbor.

Our team spoke with those involved in Tuesday afternoon’s distribution.

They tell us, it’s events like these that make them proud to live in the Michiana community.

“It’s just the pride we take in our community giving program and we do a lot of this not only just Thanksgiving for all holidays and just throughout the year, so any opportunity that we can make someone’s Thanksgiving special. We will definitely take that opportunity up,” said an event worker at the Pillar Center.
