University of North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick has said he wants to remain at the school but multiple NFL teams reportedly have him on their list of potential head coaching candidates this offseason.

According to NFL insider Josina Anderson , multiple teams have Belichick on their list of coaches to interview this offseason.

“I’m told ‘at least two NFL teams’ are still expected to have interest in talking to Bill Belichick, behind-the-scenes, at the very least, about head coaching jobs this carousel season, per a league source,” Anderson said in an X post Tuesday. “A third team could also enter the mix, with desires to talk, particularly if one specific personnel change is made under ownership, the source added.”
