PERRY COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - Perry County was one of four counties statewide chosen as a recipient of a 2025 Missouri Association of Counties County Achievement Award.

According to a news release from the county, the award was presented on Monday, November 24 during the MAC annual conference in Osage Beach, Mo.

They say the MAC County Achievement Awards recognize “innovative, unique and highly replicable county programs that demonstrate strong problem-solving, collaboration, responsible budgeting and measurable results.”

According to Perry County, its award submission highlighted the construction of the Perry County Joint Justice Center.
