Butlers build from Eatz to multiple eateries — Proprietors of Maple Angus and Village Snack Bar prepare to reopen Johnny Boy's

Josh Butler started by running a snack bar out of his mother’s store.

Now he and his wife, Heather Butler, run three restaurants — one they launched themselves and two local favorites they took over. The Maple Angus grew out of a food truck they started in 2019 and did well enough that they bought the Village Snack Bar last year. The latest addition to their portfolio, Johnny Boy’s Pancake House, is set to reopen Dec. 4.
