SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Hausmann Construction has filed a lawsuit against Introba, Goldberg Group Architects, Baker Group, Woodbury County, and the Woodbury County Law Enforcement Center Authority.

In the lawsuit, which was filed in July 2025 by Hausmann Construction, the company claims that as a result of the multiple delays to the LEC’s construction, the LEC Authority has failed to pay Hausmann for the work it has performed.

Hausmann is seeking just over $5.7 million from the LEC Authority in this lawsuit for the work performed on the project and costs, attorney fees, and expenses incurred trying to resolve the issues.

They allege the LEC Authority claims Hausmann’s delay of the project forecloses the Authority’s duty to pay Hausmann for the work.
