YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Ursuline High School in Youngstown is facing its fourth federal lawsuit in the past three months, this time from the mother of a former student from Trumbull County who says teachers and administrators failed to prevent a "violent attack" against her daughter.

Unlike the previous three lawsuits, this complaint does not involve Ursuline's football team, which saw its head coach suspended and 2025 season canceled amid several claims of hazing, bullying, abuse, and harassment by Fighting Irish players.
