LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) - A Ohio man was arrested on Monday after he was found in Livingston driving a stolen vehicle.
According to the Livingston Police Department, officers pulled over a driver inside a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Fulton County, Ohio.
The police department said the driver, James Hescott, 35 of Delta, Ohio, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
Hescott was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Polk County Jail, the press release stated.
He is being held on a $10,000 bond, according to arrest records.
