Everyone already knew weird things happened at Auburn . But after his Alabama coaching career ended, Nick Saban just came out and said it.

“In my opinion, in 17 years of going to Auburn, playing in Jordan-Hare, that place is haunted,” Saban declared during a 2024 episode of ESPN’s College Gameday . “I guarantee you. The way we lost games and the way we won games there, it’s unbelievable.”

Since Saban’s statement, the idea that Auburn’s stadium is haunted has taken off. The official Auburn football social media accounts have mentioned the possibility at least twice, while Alabama fans have been only too happy for the excuse.
