YOUNGSTOWN The Youngstown Business Incubator (YBI) celebrated the renovation of its main building with a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

The renovation to the building, located at 241 West Federal Street in Youngstown, featured an expanded workspace, upgrades to technology infrastructure and added new collaborative areas.

The collaborative areas aim to strengthen the support of entrepreneurs, startups and advanced manufacturing.

According to a news release outlining the event, the aim of the ribbon cutting was to say a "thank you" to the individuals and organizations who have made gifts to the renovation of the building through the "YBI Building for the Future" campaign.
