FRANKLIN, Ind. – Indiana State Police Detectives are investigating an officer involved shooting in Franklin. Tuesday, November 25 just after 1:30 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) detectives with the Violent Crimes Unit (VCU), members of the IMPD Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, and an officer with the Franklin Police Department, were attempting to locate a wanted suspect in the 1200 block of Mitsubishi Pkwy in Franklin, IN.
IMPD SWAT officers surrounded a semi-truck where the suspect was believed to be located.
