SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WFSB) - A late-night fire on Summer Hill Drive prompted a large response from South Windsor firefighters Tuesday night.
The South Windsor Fire Department said crews were responded to the scene around 10:22 p.m.
The first unit found a bathroom fire contained to that room.
All residents had already made it out safely.
Firefighters were told a cat was still inside the home. Crews later found the cat and safely brought it out.
Fire officials brought the incident under control in about 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The South Windsor Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
