Two foundation permits have been issued related to a dual-branded hotel planned for the East Bank's River North area.

The site is located near the future Oracle campus.

The permits offer a collective value of about $1.9 million.

Relatedly, the development team is seeking a stormwater grading permit.

Atlanta-based Nexera Capital (previously known as RevPAR Development) and Chattanooga-headquartered Emerge Hospitality Group were hoping to start work by summer's end, Pete Patel, Nexera founder and CEO, told the Post in February. At the time, a permit was being sought to allow for the razing of the multiple buildings on the site.

Chamblee, Ga.-based Winter Construction Co. is listed on the most recently issued permits.
