The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Giovanna Mangione-Capilla who is missing and was last seen just after 10 p.m. Nov. 21 in the area of Signal Butte and Warner.

She was last seen wearing an oversized gray shirt and unknown color shorts. She was also carrying a backpack and white bag.

Mangione-Capilla is a Hispanic female with brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet tall and weighing 159 pounds.
