More rain is expected to fall in Greater Manchester over the coming days, though temperatures are set to get warmer.

The mercury is set to climb to 14C on Thursday, meaning it will feel milder than recent days. Our region could also see some sunny spells over the weekend.

The rest of Wednesday - Heavy rain until around 5pm, light showers and overcast conditions into the evening. Highs of 7C.

Thursday - Cloudy and overcast conditions forecast for most of the day. Highs of 14C, lows of 7C.

Friday - Sunny intervals from around 8am, cloudy conditions expected into the afternoon with some light showers in the evening. Highs of 10C, lows of 5C.
