ANDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Anderson County Conservation Board and the County Mayor’s Office want input from the community about a new Claxton park.
The county is asking people to fill out a survey, which is open through January. It’s part of a plan to relocate the Claxton Community Park to the new Claxton Elementary School area. The plan is in early stages, and the county is working out the specifics.

Specifically, the survey includes questions about permanent restrooms, playground equipment, a walking track, event space and more.
