Autopsy records have been unsealed for federal prosecutor Jonathan Luna, whose body was found in a creek near Pennsylvania in 2003. He had been stabbed 36 times.

No one has ever been arrested for Luna’s death, although the coroner originally declared it a homicide.

Autopsy records

The records from the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office detailed what Luna was wearing, what possessions he had on him, as well as injuries and wounds he suffered.

The report says Luna suffered multiple stab wounds to his neck, chest and abdomen. He also had multiple wounds and cuts to his hands and a circular bruise to his left wrist
