OKLAHOMA CITY — Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation brought its portable Cavity Prevention Clinic to Hilldale Elementary School, providing dental education, assessments and preventive care to students who might not otherwise have access.
A total of 101 second graders received oral health education and brush kits, and 49 students received fluoride varnish, sealants and/or dental assessments. The clinic also connected students with local dentists for follow-up care, providing services valued at $13,328 free of charge.
