MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - Deere & Company said Wednesday that it had fourth-quarter net income of $1.065 billion, or $3.93 per share.

That was down from the fourth quarter of 2024, when Deere reported net income of $1.245 billion, or $4.55 per share, according to a report from the company.

For the fiscal year, Deere’s net income dropped about 29 percent. The company earned just over $5 billion in net income for 2025, compared with just over $7 billion in 2024.

“This past year brought its share of challenges and uncertainty, but thanks to the structural improvements we’ve made and the diverse customer segments and geographies we serve, we were able to achieve our best results yet for this point in the cycle,” said John May, chairman and CEO of John Deere.
