SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio teen was arrested after she allegedly pepper-sprayed passengers on River Walk tour boat, injuring a woman, a 3-year-old child and several others—according to an arrest affidavit.
Arrest records show, 17-year-old Kasidy Luz Trevino was taken into custody Wednesday and booked into the Bexar County Jail on charges of injury to a child, injury to an elderly person and assault causing bodily injury.
The incident happened November 15 along the River Walk near East Commerce and North Presa Street.
According to an arrest affidavit, San Antonio Park Police officers responded to reports of an assault in progress in which multiple people had been pepper-sprayed by a woman during a guided riverboat tour.
