A Fabens man was found drunk and crying on the sidewalk after he allegedly groped and forcefully kissed a 16-year-old girl, court documents state.

Deputies arrested Ricardo Morales, 34, on one count of indecency with a child and public intoxication in connection with an alleged sexual assault on Saturday, Nov. 22, El Paso County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Priscilla I. Contreras said in a news release.

No attorney is listed for Morales in court records.
