Not only is the model set to return in a stealthy Triple Black look , but it’s also lined up for an unexpected low-top skateboarding update courtesy of Nike SB . Now, we’re learning the Barkley retro lineup will grow with the return of an obscure — yet anticipated — colorway.

The Nike Air Max2 CB 94 is set to be reissued next year in its Black/Varsity Royal colorway, the first appearance for this particular style since its 2004 debut. Mixing a royal blue base with nubuck overlays and a jagged white midsole, the colorway would have looked right at home alongside other Nike basketball shoes from the 1990s such as the Air Up, Air Max CW and Penny Hardaway’s various signature
